Problems and Solutions

My work was presented to the owner of SV Auto Repair, and he quickly got in touch with me to discuss the issues his company was facing and the difficulty in attracting new customers. He had already been through a few companies but was not satisfied with the website they provided, nor the lack of focus on post-website quality for the customers.

I started my research by looking for reputable companies in the region, especially those dealing with luxury brands in the American market. I personally visited some of these stores to evaluate the quality of their online service and understand how they interacted with customers coming through their websites.

At SV Auto Repair, I conducted a survey with customers who had used their services before and listened to their difficulties with the current website, which lacked relevant information and failed to address simple queries without the need to directly contact the company for basic services.

One of the problems highlighted was the difficulty in promptly getting in touch with the company and finding the address quickly without having to navigate the website for such simple information.

SV Auto Repair needed to build a professional and modern website to enhance its online presence and strengthen its brand in the automotive market. The website was intended to be an essential tool for attracting new customers, showcasing their expertise in luxury car repairs, and providing detailed information about the services offered. Additionally, the website would enable the promotion of testimonials from satisfied clients, which would help build trust among potential customers. With a well-structured and mobile-optimized website, SV Auto Repair could stand out from the competition and deliver an engaging and informative online experience, leading to an increase in leads and conversions.
